Caris MPI is located at 445 N. 5th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
We are located in the Bioscience building, in downtown Phoenix, minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport and an easy cab ride. Visitor parking is just to the south of the building.

From Sky Harbor Airport - Exit the airport on East Sky Harbor Blvd. Take the ramp towards 1-10 WEST. Take EXIT 148 - Jefferson Street/Washington Street. Turn left onto Washington Street and go about 2 miles. Turn right onto N. 5th Street and proceed through the traffic light. The building is located on the right side of the street. Entrance to visitor parking is just south of the building.
From I-17 South (Flagstaff) - Take EXIT 200A onto I-10 EAST towards Tucson. Take EXIT 145 - 7th Street and proceed onto 7th Street South. Drive about 1 mile and turn right onto E. Van Buren Street, followed by a right onto N. 5th Street. The building is on the right and the entrance to visitor parking is just south of the building.
From I-10 East (California) - Take EXIT 145 - 7TH STREET and proceed onto 7th Street South. Drive about 1 mile and turn right onto E. Van Buren Street, followed by a right onto N. 5th Street. The building is on the right and the entrance to visitor parking is just south of the building.
From AZ-202 West (Globe) - Take the AZ-202 Loop West to the I-10 HOV LN WEST. Merge onto I-10 WEST. Take EXIT 145 - 7th STREET. Turn left onto N. 7th Street. Drive less than 1 mile and turn right onto E. Van Buren Street, followed by a right onto N. 5th Street. The building is on the right and the entrance to visitor parking is just south of the building.
From I-10 West (Tucson) - Take EXIT 150A onto I-17 NORTH towards Flagstaff. Take EXIT 195B onto E Maricopa Freeway toward Central Ave/7th Street. Turn right onto 7th Street and drive about 1½ miles. Turn left on E. Van Buren Street, followed by a right onto N. 5th Street. The building is on the right and the entrance to visitor parking is just south of the building.
