Caris MPI leverages the support of a variety of key organization and serves a wide range of customers including the following:
Collaborators

IGC
IGC is a non-profit medical research foundation established to expand upon the discoveries of the Human Genome Project and other systematic sequencing efforts by combining world-class genomic research, bioinformatics, and diagnostic technologies in the fight against cancer and other complex genetic diseases. IGC serves numerous common, unmet needs including: the standardization of the collection of properly consented tissues of interest, the molecular characterization of these tissues, and standardization in the representation of these results. IGC facilitates the transition of genomic discoveries to improve patient care and increase the speed in which new diagnostic, prognostic and predictive testing, and new drug and treatment regimens are developed.

US Oncology
Caris MPI serves as a preferred provider of advanced laboratory testing services in US Oncology clinical trials.
US Oncology, headquartered in Houston, Texas, supports one of the nation's largest cancer treatment and research networks. US Oncology provides extensive services and support to its affiliated cancer care sites nationwide to help them expand their offering of the most advanced treatments and technologies, build integrated community-based cancer care centers, improve their therapeutic drug management programs and participate in many of the new cancer-related clinical research studies. US Oncology is affiliated with 1,164 physicians operating in 443 locations, including 91 radiation oncology facilities in 39 states.

TGen
TGen's mission is to make and translate genomic discoveries into advances in human health. Translational genomics research is a relatively new field employing innovative advances arising from the Human Genome Project and applying them to the development of diagnostics, prognostics and therapies for cancer, neurological disorders, diabetes and other complex diseases. Led by Dr. Jeffrey Trent, TGen has recruited scientists who are world leaders in fields such as oncology, neurogenomics, diabetes, and bioinformatics. With an estimated research budget of $150-200 million over the next five years, TGen is focused on personalized medicine and aims to quickly drive its research from the laboratory to the clinic. The institute plans to accomplish its goal through robust and diseased-focused research programs and its state-of-the-art bioinformatics and computational biology facility. TGen's internal scientific prowess is complemented by a multitude of research collaborations and partnerships. As a result of its partnership with IGC, IBM Life Sciences and Arizona State University, TGen has built a High Performance Biocomputing Center to provide massive computing power and high-throughput data management capability.
